Rotary Fun Run

ROTARY FUN RUN – Sunday 15 April 2012

Three local Rotary Clubs (Sunnybank Hills, Salisbury & Wishart) have, for a number of years, organised an annual fun run for charity.  This year, the proceeds are going to Autism Queensland - specifically for the purchase of a Smart Board and CCTV for the new early intervention building.

The event is being held on 15 April at Griffith University, Nathan Campus.  As April is Autism Awareness Month, Autism Queensland will have a stall at the Fun Run, selling our merchandise.
We would love to see as many people as possible participate in the run itself (in fact there are 2 runs – one is 7km and the other is 11km).  If you are interested in doing this, please register online – the address is www.rotaryfunrun.org

The Rotary Clubs would also like some volunteers to assist on the day.  If you are not a runner or a walker, maybe you could consider doing this.  Please email valerie.preston@autismqld.com.au if you would like to volunteer.

It would be great if you could please pass on the information about this event to your own networks in order to assist Rotary in getting as many participants as possible. Rotary is a wonderful organisation that is supporting Autism Queensland so that children with Autism will benefit.
Or more information, please see this brochure.
