Autism Queensland Christmas Cards

Share the spirit of Christmas and spread the awareness of ASD at the same time! We have produced a set of 3 Christmas Cards from some of the wonderful drawings by our students.

Helen is 12 years old and is an enthusiastic artist. Helen lives with her mum and has an older sister who is studying at college. Helen started her group placement at Autism Queensland in August 2005 and attends two days per week.
Helen is a kind and caring girl who is considerate and friendly to staff and peers.
As Helen's ambition is to be either a pilot or an artist she is very proud that her artwork was selected for Autism Queensland's Christmas cards.

Laura is 11years old and enjoys drawing cartoon type characters. Laura lives with her mum, dad and dog. Laura started her group placement at Autism Queensland in May 2006 and attends two days per week.
Laura is a friendly girl who enjoys everything sporty.
She is a keen soccer player playing for a local Brisbane team.
Laura is very excited about having her drawing chosen for Autism Queensland's Christmas cards.

Jason is 9 years old and enjoys drawing and colouring. He comes from a family of five - dad, mum and three brothers. Jason started his group placement at Autism Queensland in July 2006 and attends 3 days per week.
Jason is a very helpful boy who likes doing little chores here and there. He is extremely kind to the younger but especially enjoys the company of his S2 peers. Jason was very proud to have his drawing selected for Autism Queensland's Christmas cards. |
Entertainment Book
Autism Queensland sells entertainment books every year. Autism Queensland receives $12 for every book sold through us. 2009/2010 books are no longer available through Autism Queensland. If you would like to purchase one however please call Entertainment Publications on (07) 3392 1633. If you mention Autism Queensland when you order a book we will still receive the donation.
